About the role

  • Handle all assigned customer contracts and communicate with customers and internal colleagues
  • Ensure accurate resolution of customer inquiries and execution of customer renewals
  • Manage high volume of account-related tasks centered on maximizing customer investment
  • Negotiate value-driven renewals and contract changes ensuring a superb customer experience
  • Work collaboratively with customers and internal stakeholders to grow accounts and drive incremental opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives, Customer Success Managers, and Management to execute the contract renewal process
  • Establish cooperative working relationships with customers
  • Lead forecasting discussions and pipeline reviews with internal colleagues
  • Contribute to growth of Contract Management Organization by providing feedback and piloting new processes and playbooks

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and French
  • Healthy negotiation or sales experience
  • Passionate about creating a great customer experience
  • Problem solving with curiosity and creativity
  • Seek to understand multiple perspectives
  • Prior account management and/or customer retention experience
  • Clear communication skills and ability to effectively lead a phone conversation
  • Prioritization and organizational skills with attention to detail
