About the role

  • Own all aspects of global revenue accounting, including contract reviews, technical accounting conclusions, monthly revenue close processes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in revenue accounting, including interpreting complex ASC 606 guidance.
  • Drive continuous process transformation and automation across revenue accounting.
  • Own the functional design and integrity of the revenue recognition system and revenue reporting infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Deal Desk, Product, FP&A, Legal, and other cross-functional partners on non-standard contract strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years professional experience in accounting.
  • Deep mastery of ASC 606 and revenue recognition in a public accounting and/or public company SaaS environment.
  • CPA required.
  • Strong experience with revenue reporting infrastructure (e.g., AREV, NetSuite, or similar).
  • Exceptionally organized, adaptable, and comfortable operating across multiple priorities and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong knowledge of SOX compliance and SEC reporting requirements.
