About the role

  • Serve as the dedicated FP&A partner for HubSpot’s Business Technology and Security teams.
  • Lead core financial planning rhythms, including annual planning and monthly forecasts.
  • Partner with business leaders to evaluate investments and resource allocation decisions.
  • Analyze operating expense and headcount performance.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support planning and strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare materials for management reviews, communicating risks and opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
  • Curiosity and excitement for AI and emerging technologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A self-starter who operates effectively in a fast-paced environment.
