Provide expert consultation through data-driven operational and decision-making support to stakeholders across Product, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
Build and maintain relationships with sales partners and present strategies to senior executives.
Liaise with leadership to monitor KPIs and identify trends and opportunities to maximize impact.
Respond to business requests, perform root-cause analyses, and provide recommendations to solve problems.
Support cross-functional programs, tools, processes, and systems to drive performance improvements.
Provide coaching and mentorship to junior analysts.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in business analytics or a similar role
Highly experienced with data visualization tools such as Looker and Tableau
Experience with SQL, R, or Python is a plus.
Exceptional communication skills and experience presenting to C-suite executives
Ability to autonomously take ownership of projects and drive influence through innovation.
Strong analytical skills to turn raw data into actionable insights.
Adaptable to the evolving needs of a high-growth SaaS business and able to create innovative solutions to complex problems.

Benefits

Annual Cash Compensation Range: $129,200 — $206,700 USD
The cash compensation includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles.
Eligible roles may receive restricted stock units (RSUs).
Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
