About the role

  • Own the product vision and strategy for Sales Hub, building toward a next-generation selling platform that leverages AI, automation, and data to supercharge customer outcomes.
  • Scale Sales Hub from $1B to $2B+, driving long-term growth through disruptive, customer-centric innovation.
  • Champion bold bets—whether it’s redefining core CRM experiences, introducing intelligent selling tools, or rethinking the way reps work with buyers.
  • Partner with Engineering, UX, and AI/ML to deliver AI-native workflows that are context-aware, high utility, and deeply intuitive.
  • Collaborate with peers across Marketing, Sales, and GTM to craft compelling product positioning, pricing, and packaging strategies.
  • Elevate product craft and technical rigor across the org, while growing and mentoring a world-class team of product leaders.
  • Break down silos and foster a culture of shared ownership, fast decision-making, and high-trust collaboration.
  • Represent Sales Hub externally—with customers, partners, and press—bringing clarity and inspiration to how we’re transforming the future of sales.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading product teams, ideally with some time in founder/operator roles or fast-growth SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record of taking disruptive ideas from 0-to-1 and 1-to-100, especially in product areas with high GTM exposure and revenue responsibility.
  • Strong product instincts paired with an ability to lead through ambiguity, influence up/down/laterally, and scale organizations with urgency and care.
  • Experience building or scaling AI-powered products, ideally involving LLMs, predictive intelligence, or agentic tools.
  • Deep familiarity with sales teams, tools, and workflows—CRM, pipeline management, sales automation, and buyer engagement.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and storytelling skills, with the ability to win trust with engineers, designers, sellers, and executives alike.
  • Comfortable working at high altitude with C-level stakeholders, and equally effective when diving deep into a product spec or roadmap critique.
