About the role
- Own and define visual direction for integrated marketing campaigns
- Translate ambiguous goals into clear creative direction
- Serve as a creative authority and trusted partner to Marketing stakeholders
- Work side-by-side with Copywriters, Product Managers, Marketers, and other partners
- Act as a brand guardian by setting up and upholding design standards
- Lead by example through hands-on design work
- Provide thoughtful, actionable critique and mentorship
- Partner with Project Managers to scope complex initiatives
- Move beyond individual assets to build and evolve scalable design libraries
- Use performance insights to evolve visual approaches
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional graphic or visual design experience
- A portfolio showing strong conceptual thinking, visual systems, and end-to-end campaign work
- Proven ability to set creative direction and guide work across a body of design
- Deep fluency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and best practices across digital, UI/UX, print
- Excellent typography skills and attention to detail
- Experience working within and evolving a global brand system
- Demonstrated ability to give clear, constructive feedback that helps other designers grow
- Experience breaking down complex projects into scoped deliverables
