About the role

  • Translate complex ideas and stories into high-quality visual assets for social, communications, and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Partner closely with Social and Communications stakeholders to translate campaign goals into compelling creative
  • Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and creative teammates to bring concepts from idea to execution
  • Maintain visual consistency across assets while adapting designs for different channels and audiences
  • Manage multiple projects at once, balancing timelines, feedback, and priorities
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback thoughtfully and iterate quickly
  • Explore and apply creative AI tools to improve workflows, experimentation, or creative output

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of full-time professional experience in a graphic design role
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating visual design work across digital channels
  • Experience working with cross-functional partners and strong stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
  • Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to translate feedback and briefs into polished, on-brand creative
  • A curiosity for creative AI and interest in how emerging tools can enhance design work.
  • Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
  • Experience designing for social-first or communications-led campaigns
  • Familiarity with motion design, illustration, or basic animation
  • Experience working within a global brand system
  • Comfort designing with accessibility and inclusion in mind.
