About the role

  • Work with engineers in small teams with minimal process and own the software they create
  • Ship production code and collaborate closely with team members
  • Work on projects across languages and stacks including Java, JavaScript (React), HBase, Elastic Search, ZooKeeper, Redis, MySQL, Memcached, DevOps & SRE
  • Attend in-person onboarding at regional HubSpot office and participate in Product Group Summit and other gatherings for connection

Requirements

  • Web development experience (projects like mobile apps, web apps, or games beyond coursework is a plus)
  • An unmatched curiosity to learn and grow their skills with new challenges
  • A strong understanding of HubSpot’s business, products, and culture
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Confidence taking on big initiatives and leading projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be available to work full time for the duration of their required co-op or internship placement (Spring: Jan-Apr 2026; Summer: May/June-Aug 2026)
