About the role
- Lead cross-functional cost-visibility, capacity planning and infrastructure scaling or efficiency initiatives to align product growth with resource availability and cost.
- Develop, implement, and automate data-driven forecasting models that guide key infrastructure investments, using modern analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python).
- Collaborate with engineering, finance, and cloud operations to ensure proactive and responsive capacity scaling—balancing growth, redundancy, cost, and performance.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reporting, and automation that provide visibility into system utilization, resource allocation, and efficiency.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of cross-team programs, including capacity planning.
- Identify and drive process improvements in infrastructure provisioning and monitoring, using industry best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably within Cloud/SaaS environments and infrastructure/capacity planning.
- Experience with Cloud Service Providers, containerized services, infrastructure-as-code, and distributed (database) systems.
- Strong analytical and data modeling skills, including experience with usage forecasting and cost analysis.
- Proven ability to lead multi-team programs in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
