About the role
- Own the implementation and ongoing adoption of HubSpot's sales methodology
- Develop and execute strategies for improving methodology effectiveness
- Design and implement sales skills enablement programs
- Develop enablement solutions including training materials and content
- Partner with Sales leadership to understand business priorities
- Evaluate, select, and manage vendor and consultant relationships
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for methodology adoption
- Own program strategy and execution from end to end
Requirements
- 4-5+ years of experience in sales enablement
- Deep sales methodology expertise
- Prior sales experience
- AI fluency and proficiency
- Exceptional program management capabilities
- Outstanding stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills
