About the role

  • Own the implementation and ongoing adoption of HubSpot's sales methodology
  • Develop and execute strategies for improving methodology effectiveness
  • Design and implement sales skills enablement programs
  • Develop enablement solutions including training materials and content
  • Partner with Sales leadership to understand business priorities
  • Evaluate, select, and manage vendor and consultant relationships
  • Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for methodology adoption
  • Own program strategy and execution from end to end

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of experience in sales enablement
  • Deep sales methodology expertise
  • Prior sales experience
  • AI fluency and proficiency
  • Exceptional program management capabilities
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
