About the role

  • Lead a team of marketers focused on executing EMEA GTM strategies adapted for the French market
  • Implement the EMEA go-to-market strategy in France and ensure strategic alignment and local adaptation of GTM motions
  • Collaborate with EMEA and Central marketing teams to adapt and localize central marketing strategies for France
  • Work closely with local sales and customer success teams to integrate AI-driven insights into customer engagement strategies
  • Develop and launch multi-channel, AI-enhanced campaigns to create visibility, demand, and consideration with upmarket decision-makers
  • Manage and optimize revenue generation activities and develop a playbook balancing central directives with local market nuances
  • Develop and execute field marketing tactics to drive opportunities within the existing customer base
  • Execute sales enablement strategies supporting growth into upmarket segments
  • Report to the Senior Director of EMEA Marketing and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements

  • Verbal and written fluency in both English and French
  • Proven experience in leading marketing teams and executing revenue-generating programs in collaboration with regional sales leaders, particularly within the French market
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI applications into marketing strategies
  • Skilled in translating EMEA-focused GTM strategies into localized marketing campaigns
  • Ability to engage effectively with sales teams while strategically implementing an English global brand within a regional framework
  • Exceptional storytelling skills for simplifying complex marketing programs for the French market
  • Experience in building strong partnerships with other brands in France
  • Proficiency in working with sales teams on SLA-driven models
  • Proven success in leading teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders across cross-functional programs
  • Extensive experience in executing high-impact regional campaigns
  • Solid B2B marketing background with recognized thought leadership
