About the role
- Lead the design and development of backend systems that enable UI extensibility across HubSpot.
- Guide a team of engineers, providing clear direction and actionable feedback.
- Stay hands-on in code while setting technical vision and strategy.
- Partner with product and design to deliver impactful projects end-to-end.

Requirements
- Strong backend engineering expertise (Java experience required) with proven experience leading small teams.
