About the role
- Contribute to HubSpot’s mission by developing and supporting internal technology for employees and partners
- Manage and scale internal systems for partner programs, with focus on the App Partner Program
- Identify opportunities to drive efficiency, continuous improvements and scale through automation and AI
- Work closely with business partners, PMs and engineers to understand problems and design solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and align with business/system strategies
- Build customized solutions on in-house and third-party applications
- Spec, build and monitor system integrations and coordinate system testing
- Focus on quality: data integrity, performance, and user experience
- Leverage data to identify high-impact areas
Requirements
- 3 years of relevant work experience as a Business Systems Analyst or related field
- Experience implementing third-party systems and low-code/no-code automations
- Strong communication and organizational skills to work with a variety of stakeholders
- Experience with data analysis and ability to write, read and modify SQL queries
- Familiarity with data modeling, data integration, data transformation, ETLs and RESTful APIs
- Experience integrating AI Model APIs into existing systems, including prompt engineering, error handling and performance optimization
- Experience with workflow automation tools and/or CRM systems framework
- Proven adaptability and ability to pivot based on new information or business needs
- Empathy for customers and end-users
- Strong technical acumen and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to solve hard problems in a fast-paced working environment
