About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and manage project plans for CRM integration projects within HubSpot.
Involved in discovery, implementation, UAT, change management, and integrations.
Manage project scope, assess requirements, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Develop project plans that meet stakeholder needs and deliver desired outcomes within budget.
Partner with Resource Managers to predict and allocate necessary resources accurately.
Create and manage a budget reflecting the scope of work and resource requirements.
Complete, distribute, and store all project documentation.
Monitor and provide regular updates to ensure project progress aligns with client goals.
Monitor communications and ensure all client communication is being responded to and dealt with.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Science, or similar field.
Mid-level years of experience at a senior level working on systems integrations / CRM implementations projects.
Proficiency in Project Management Methodologies, preferably with formal training.
Experience in a Consultancy, Agency, or Software development organization is highly desirable.
Profienct in English and French at a business level.
