About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of website projects built on the HubSpot CMS.
Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure an exceptional experience for all stakeholders.
Build comprehensive project plans, allocate resources with Resource Managers, and manage budgets to prevent under- or over-servicing.
Maintain documentation (Risk Logs, Change Logs, Progress Reports) and proactively monitor deliverables to keep projects on scope and contract.
Lead client and internal meetings, manage deadlines, resolve technical/operational roadblocks, and mitigate project risks.
Maintain clear progress reporting, ensure timely communications, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Senior-level project management experience in an agency, consultancy, or software development environment handling digital marketing and web projects.
Formal training or proficiency in Project Management Methodologies.
Experience with project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Teamleader, TeamGantt) and Google Workspace.
Experience with HubSpot/CRMs, IT, or complex web builds.
Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal presence.
Ability to thrive under pressure in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
