Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and manage project plans for CRM integration projects within HubSpot.
Involved in every aspect of the project, including discovery, implementation, UAT, change management, and integrations.
Manage project scope, assess requirements, and effectively communicate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Expertly manage project scheduling and budget planning.
Responsible for completing, distributing, and storing all project documentation.
Monitor and provide regular updates to ensure project progress aligns with client goals.
Articulate problems and bring the right people together to solve them with urgency.
Analyze project performance, identify areas for improvement, and manage project risks.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Science, or similar field.
Mid-level years of experience at a senior level working on systems integrations / CRM implementations projects.
Proficiency in Project Management Methodologies, preferably with formal training.
Experience in a Consultancy, Agency, or Software development organization is highly desirable.
