About the role
- Serve as the driving force behind development and management of project plans for CRM integration projects within HubSpot, from discovery through implementation, UAT, change management, and integrations.
- Develop project schedules and manage budget planning; create and manage a budget that reflects scope and resource requirements.
- Partner with Resource Managers to predict and allocate necessary resources.
- Complete, distribute, and store all project documentation; prepare briefs and resolve unclear or incomplete situations.
- Monitor and provide regular updates to ensure project progress aligns with client goals; track and report on project performance.
- Articulate problems and bring the right people together to solve them with urgency; monitor client communications and ensure responses.
- Analyze project performance, identify areas for improvement, and communicate and manage project risks.
- Collaborate closely with leadership (COO, VP of Customer Operations) and operate within a pod-style team structure.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Science, or similar field.
- Mid-level years of experience at a senior level working on systems integrations / CRM implementations projects.
- Proficiency in Project Management Methodologies, preferably with formal training.
- Experience in a Consultancy, Agency, or Software development organization is highly desirable.
- Experience with discovery, implementation, UAT, change management, and integrations.
- Experience managing project scheduling, budget planning, resource allocation, and project documentation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; analytical mindset; attention to detail; ability to thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments; strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness.
- Legal right to work and current residency in South Africa.
