About the role
- Provide support to users and respond to their inquiries
- Report and communicate reported bugs and issues to the team
- Support various teams in the development and design of their products
- Correct minor editorial errors and clarify or resolve arising concerns
- Evaluate and analyze qualitative feedback
Requirements
- Enrolled student in a business, technical, or media-related degree program
- Interest in journalism and technical processes
- Ideally, initial experience in publishing, marketing, or user support
- Experience with AI / LLMs is desirable
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- Availability for 20 hours per week
