About the role

  • Provide support to users and respond to their inquiries
  • Report and communicate reported bugs and issues to the team
  • Support various teams in the development and design of their products
  • Correct minor editorial errors and clarify or resolve arising concerns

Requirements

  • Enrolled student in a business, technical, or media-related degree program
  • Interest in journalism and technical processes
  • Ideally, initial experience in publishing, marketing, or user support
  • Experience with AI / LLMs is desirable
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
  • Availability for 20 hours per week
