About the role
- Support the Executive Board and the two CEOs in developing and implementing corporate and growth strategies
- Prepare decision-making processes through sound analyses, briefing papers and presentations
- Participate in and partly lead cross-functional strategic projects
- Work closely with the Board, leadership team, HR and other central stakeholders
- Coordinate the Management Board including agenda management, meeting preparation, facilitation, minute-taking and follow-up on actions
- Organize and provide content support for the BF Leadership Circle
- Support management with speeches, presentations and strategic projects
- Further develop our internal and external communication channels
- Identify relevant topics and plan, create and publish content (e.g., corporate blog, intranet, social media, newsletter)
- Prepare communication materials for management, leaders and teams
- Take responsibility for internal and external event formats – from concept and budget planning to execution and reconciliation
- Project lead for external events (e.g., Constructive World Award) as well as internal events such as annual kick-offs, summer parties or Christmas celebrations
- Closely coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure successful event implementation
Requirements
- Degree in business, communications, marketing, media or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in business development, corporate communications, strategy, project management or a similar cross-functional role
- Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to prepare complex content clearly, structurally and tailored to the target audience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German (and ideally English), both written and spoken
- Experience collaborating with executive management, management boards and diverse stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and experience in project and event management, including budget responsibility
- Independent, structured and proactive working style with high quality standards and discretion
- Team-player mentality, hands-on attitude and enjoyment of varied, dynamic tasks
