About the role
- Responsibility for the administration and stable operation of an ERP system, including monitoring
- Technical ERP support for business departments and primary point of contact for system-related questions
- Analyze and resolve errors and assist with technical issues in collaboration with service providers and the IT department
- Monitor system availability and performance to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Design, develop and maintain integrations and interfaces
- Customize and maintain reports, including coordinating requirements with the business departments
- Coordinate and support system updates and upgrades
- Document processes, interfaces and the system environment
- Work closely with business departments to understand requirements and implement process improvements
- Coordinate IT security tasks
Requirements
- Self-motivated with strong conceptual skills for process optimization and project work
- Solid knowledge in administration, configuration and customization of ERP systems — ideally Comarch CEE / CFE
- Knowledge of programming and SQL, and experience with Crystal Reports
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex technical problems efficiently
- High social skills, strong communication abilities and enjoyment of cross-team collaboration
- Good organizational skills and a structured, efficient, solution-oriented way of working
