About the role
- Monitor and manage major facility assets and technologies
- Maintain and improve building facilities
- Implement and oversee processes for everyday operations
- Plan, manage, and prepare the budget for facility maintenance
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure operational safety
- Participate in lean and continuous improvement activities
- Prepare reports and documentation related to facility operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft, SAP, and CMMS systems
- Proven experience managing capital projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical procedures
- Excellent communication skills
