About the role
- Manage engineering change management workflows (ECN Process)
- Administer certification tracking and digital systems
- Coordinate vendor management and engineering documents
- Support Autodesk Vault workflows and PLM integration
- Generate reports to track ECN status and maintain historical files
- Participate in departmental administrative tasks and tools council meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field of study or equivalent
- Five years’ experience in a documentation management position
- Training in MRP systems (SAP preferred), PLM, and general office software
- Experience with 3D and 2D CAD & vault systems (particularly Autodesk Inventor) is a plus
- Specific experience with business software, such as Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Accuracy in filing, indexing, keyboarding, and electronic data management techniques
- Vendor management and purchase order process creation.
