About the role

  • Overseeing all aspects of compensation practices and processes for México sites
  • Acting as a strategic partner to management and providing guidance on compensation market best practices
  • Conducting data analysis and documentation to improve operational execution of reward programs
  • Responding to escalated pay questions or concerns
  • Developing and presenting salary proposals based on job evaluations and market analysis
  • Designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits packages
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Conducting compensation & benefits surveys and external benchmarking
  • Reviewing and updating company salary ranges annually
  • Collaborating with HR and management on compensation strategies
  • Preparing and presenting reports and proposals to senior management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field
  • A master’s degree or professional certifications in compensation and benefits are a plus
  • Bilingual (Spanish and Advanced English)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in communicating at all levels of an organization in English and Spanish
  • Experience in facilitating the decision-making process and managing necessary changes throughout several projects
  • Experience in interpreting data on compensation and benefits to identify discrepancies
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving and analytical skills
