About the role
- Overseeing all aspects of compensation practices and processes for México sites
- Acting as a strategic partner to management and providing guidance on compensation market best practices
- Conducting data analysis and documentation to improve operational execution of reward programs
- Responding to escalated pay questions or concerns
- Developing and presenting salary proposals based on job evaluations and market analysis
- Designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits packages
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Conducting compensation & benefits surveys and external benchmarking
- Reviewing and updating company salary ranges annually
- Collaborating with HR and management on compensation strategies
- Preparing and presenting reports and proposals to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field
- A master’s degree or professional certifications in compensation and benefits are a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish and Advanced English)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in communicating at all levels of an organization in English and Spanish
- Experience in facilitating the decision-making process and managing necessary changes throughout several projects
- Experience in interpreting data on compensation and benefits to identify discrepancies
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving and analytical skills
