About the role
- Lead and oversee the HR Technology Team, ensuring the successful delivery, support, and evolution of HR business applications and platforms.
- Drive architectural planning and document architectural decisions for HR systems.
- Validate monthly sprint plans with HR product owners; monitor sprint progress and escalate delivery risks.
- Code reviews and technical oversight for HR application development.
- Facilitate team growth and development, including intern and rotation programs within HR technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Human Resources Information Systems, or related field from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in providing IT application architecture, design, and delivery for HR or business applications, including cloud-native technologies and HRIS platforms.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and delivery management for HR projects.
- Familiarity with legacy HR application support, API management, and security best practices for HR data.
- Leadership experience with cross-functional teams and vendor coordination in HR technology.
