About the role

  • Lead and oversee the Engineering Technology Team, ensuring successful delivery of engineering business applications and platforms.
  • Drive architectural planning and document architectural decisions for engineering systems.
  • Validate monthly sprint plans with engineering product owners; ensure resource capacity for projects.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical oversight for application development.
  • Facilitate team growth and development, including intern and rotation programs within engineering technology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in providing IT application architecture, design, and delivery for engineering or business applications, including cloud-native technologies and engineering platforms.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and delivery management for engineering projects.
  • Familiarity with legacy engineering application support, API management, and security best practices for engineering data.
  • Leadership experience with cross-functional teams and vendor coordination in engineering technology.
