About the role
- Plan, implement, and manage people, processes, partners, and systems in Hubbell’s SAP S/4 HANA RISE ERP environment
- Deliver projects and own enterprise applications
- Manage a multi-level organization for outcomes
- Communicate effectively with executive management
- Manage resource capacity and execute projects and enhancements
- Optimize AMS support for enterprise SAP ecosystem
- Lead a team of 30+ employees
- Partner closely with various executives on project prioritization
- Align priorities and drive engagement across the organization
- Manage vendors and contracts
Requirements
- 20+ years of progressive experience in large-scale ERP programs
- 10+ years of experience in SAP functional application management
- 2+ years in an SAP S/4 HANA RISE environment
- 12+ years managing organizations
- Proven ability to influence at the highest levels
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Experience with partner/contract management and outsourcing
- Comprehensive knowledge of SAP SD, MM, PP, WM, EWM, QM, PM, IBP, and FICO modules
- Expertise in SAP Fiori implementations preferred
- Understanding of SAP Joule application
- Expertise in automated testing strategies and overseeing outsourced testing services
- Successful experience with audits
- BS in Computer Science or related major concentration, Masters degree preferred
