About the role
- Develop and implement program management strategies, frameworks, and best practices
- Manage a portfolio of programs, ensuring prioritization and resource allocation
- Adopt and enforce governance processes for program initiation and monitoring
- Oversee program planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
- Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams for effective communication
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for program performance
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains
- Hire, mentor, and manage program managers and staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 15+ years in program or project management
- 8 years in a leadership role overseeing complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Experience managing programs that span multiple countries or regions
- Advanced Certifications in PMP or PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, SAFe, ITIL or equivalent
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
