About the role
- Overseeing the day to day operations of the Inside Sales department.
- Providing both primary and secondary support for various functional areas within the Customer Service and Sales Support department.
- Developing a working knowledge of the various aspects and secondary factors affecting customer service.
- Taking initiative to ask thoughtful questions to identify opportunities as well as take direction to resolve problems.
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and mentoring Inside Sales Representatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
- High school/Associate degree with 5 plus years of work experience in sales/customer focus roles.
- Outside sales experience a plus.
- Customer Service experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal and external customers.
- Demonstrated skills in people along with proven supervisory and team development skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Positive “CAN DO” Attitude.
- Strong problem- solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
