About the role

  • Overseeing the day to day operations of the Inside Sales department.
  • Providing both primary and secondary support for various functional areas within the Customer Service and Sales Support department.
  • Developing a working knowledge of the various aspects and secondary factors affecting customer service.
  • Taking initiative to ask thoughtful questions to identify opportunities as well as take direction to resolve problems.
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and mentoring Inside Sales Representatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • High school/Associate degree with 5 plus years of work experience in sales/customer focus roles.
  • Outside sales experience a plus.
  • Customer Service experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal and external customers.
  • Demonstrated skills in people along with proven supervisory and team development skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
  • Positive “CAN DO” Attitude.
  • Strong problem- solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
