About the role
- Lead and manage engineering projects from concept through completion.
- Engage key stakeholders at process decision gates for effective collaboration.
- Develop and maintain project timelines using Gantt charts.
- Track and manage project budgets and expenditures.
- Prepare and deliver project report-outs to stakeholders and leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, operations, legal, and external vendors.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation including work instructions and SOW.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives, utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Engineering or a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience in writing technical documentation such as work instructions and SOWs.
- Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and connect with diverse teams.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow.
