Process optimization and improvement
Implement clear, efficient processes aligned with the realities of client engagements
Evolve the department’s operations to meet client and engagement needs
Define deliverable standards that ensure consistent quality and a cohesive client experience
Team engagement and development
Lead and develop the accounting team

Requirements

What you’ll need

CPA with a proven background in professional services
Excellent understanding of SME business challenges
Significant experience in team management and resource development
Demonstrated experience implementing effective processes and evolving ways of working
Ability to understand and communicate financial information to guide the team in client advisory
Motivating leadership that promotes autonomy, accountability and collaboration
Strong judgment in managing client situations and making decisions
Comfortable in a growing and evolving environment
