About the role
- Liaison between operations personnel and local, regional, and corporate accounting to ensure correct posting of revenue.
- Utilize business management and document management systems to obtain needed supporting documents.
- Analyze data and research variances indicating missing revenue.
- Communicate with internal servicers and outside carrier representatives to determine issues and status of payment.
- Resolve producer commission inquiries.
- Gather escalated commission statements and submit them to the Carrier Management Team as requested.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong Excel skills required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Super initiative and problem-solving capability
