About the role
- Assist the Talent Acquisition (TA) team with coordination and administrative tasks: scheduling interviews, following up with hiring managers and candidates, reporting/tracking, and ad hoc tasks as assigned
- Manage the internal HRIS (Workday) and CRM (Phenom) with creating requisitions, monitoring candidate applications, data entry, reporting, offer letters, and onboarding
- Manage additional recruiting platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake, etc.)
- Monitor background checks and manage the onboarding process for new hires
- Maintain weekly and monthly reporting and assist with tracking our recruitment efforts, requisitions, and additional reporting in Excel as needed
- Assist with developing professional relationships with industry groups, local universities and civic organizations for candidate sourcing, internship partnership, and a heavy focus on diversity outreach
- Involvement in strategic initiatives and internal projects including but not limited to: strategic diversity recruiting, talent branding, newsletters, job fairs, social media outreach, and ongoing process improvements for best practices
- Support sourcing, cold candidate outreach, and assist with building talent pipeline throughout the South and Central Regions as needed
- Support our internship program with recruiting, reporting, scheduling, and administrative assistance
- Work in partnership with the Enterprise TA Operations team to ensure processes comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and established objectives, maintaining consistency and adherence to best practices across all recruitment activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience preferred
- Minimum of 1-2+ years’ experience in a coordinator role supporting an HR or Recruiting team is preferred
- Must be able to work autonomously but be team-oriented, collaborative, and flexible as we shift responsibilities to best support a rapidly growing region and human resources team
- Customer-focused with exceptional organizational skills, communication and follow up skills, strong attention to detail
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- LinkedIn, Workday, Indeed Resume, and Handshake experience are positives but not required
- Ability to travel occasionally as needed for job fairs, trainings, team meetings, etc. (less than 10%)
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate evolving priorities and contribute to process improvements
