About the role
- Provide organizational, administrative, and follow up support to the HUB Pharmacy Practice.
- Support the sales process, implementation, renewal, and ongoing management of clients and prospects as well as other HUB Pharmacy projects.
- Manage, track, and update key activity metrics.
- Help prepare for finalist presentations and work with marketing to develop presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Proactively track follow-up and ad-hoc items related to HUB Pharmacy deliverables.
- Responsible for managing projects, workload, and initiatives as determined by the HUB Pharmacy Practice.
- Participate in efforts to support standardization and to design and implement product and operational enhancements.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with clients, prospects, internal customers, and members of the HUB Pharmacy Practice.
- Communicate tactical up-to-date pharmacy business initiatives and solutions in a way that allows clients (under 1,000 lives) to understand the impacts to their strategy and their employees.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years’ experience minimum of relevant work experience (PBM, consulting firm, heath care or pharmacy preferred).
- Advanced knowledge of both current and emerging client-focused pharmacy solutions
- Four-year college degree from an accredited institution preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to work independently, accurately, and with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to manage deadlines in a remote, work from home, cross-functional environment, prioritize, and multi-task.
- Advanced MS Office Suite user (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentative skills and the ability/desire to work in a team environment.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
