About the role
- Drive business development with a targeted prospecting strategy focused on key stakeholders
- Build and maintain a network to generate opportunities
- Represent HUB at events and networking activities
- Analyze sale and purchase agreements and transaction structures
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the transactional process
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless execution
Requirements
- University degree in business administration, finance, law, or a related field
- Valid AMF license for commercial property & casualty insurance
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial insurance
- Knowledge of the mergers and acquisitions market
- Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with EPIC software is an asset
