- Manages a book of insurance business
- Provides professional, courteous service to clients and carrier representatives
- Supports Producers in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business
- Oversees the preparation and implementation of all transactions, paperwork, and internal processing
- Acts as liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve escalated complex service issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (4-year degree)
- 5+ years of related experience working as an Account Manager in the property/casualty area
- Experience in customer service/client facing role required
- P&C License required
- Proficiency using Microsoft Suite
