About the role
- Maintain a book of business up to $200,000 in commission revenue
- Work directly with clients to answer questions and obtain information for quotes, endorsements, or renewals
- Process client requests for service
- Gather necessary information for submission
- Verify and maintain account files
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED (some college preferred)
- At least 2 years of office/administrative experience
- Insurance experience preferred but not required
- Must obtain a Property & Casualty license (HUB will pay for you to acquire)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
