About the role
- Responsible for identifying learning needs and performance barriers.
- Develop and deliver training solutions that grow sales, improve client retention, and guide employee development.
- Facilitate education enrollments, in-class/virtual training sessions, and source other training options.
- Create training manuals and monitor for effectiveness.
- Track metrics to meet organizational goals.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a licensed insurance role that is customer facing is an asset.
- Minimum Level 2 General License is required.
- CAIB, CIP designation, or equivalent is preferred.
- Certificate or Diploma in Adult Education or other related discipline is an asset.
- Previous experience coordinating and conducting workplace learning solutions is an asset.
- Motivated to help support a diverse team and contribute to a team environment.
- Pro-active and a self-starter with keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in windows-based computer systems.
