About the role

  • Responsible for identifying learning needs and performance barriers.
  • Develop and deliver training solutions that grow sales, improve client retention, and guide employee development.
  • Facilitate education enrollments, in-class/virtual training sessions, and source other training options.
  • Create training manuals and monitor for effectiveness.
  • Track metrics to meet organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a licensed insurance role that is customer facing is an asset.
  • Minimum Level 2 General License is required.
  • CAIB, CIP designation, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Certificate or Diploma in Adult Education or other related discipline is an asset.
  • Previous experience coordinating and conducting workplace learning solutions is an asset.
  • Motivated to help support a diverse team and contribute to a team environment.
  • Pro-active and a self-starter with keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in windows-based computer systems.
