- Marketing new and renewal business
- Preparing analysis of alternative benefit proposals
- Processing enrollment paperwork
- Participating in client meetings
- Leading annual enrollment meetings for clients
- Maintaining insured info in our agency management system (BenefitPoint)
Requirements
- At least 4 years employee benefit administration experience, including self-funded groups
- Experience with BenefitPoint is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
