About the role

  • Provides exceptional customer experience working with Production teams
  • Demonstrates good technical insurance knowledge
  • Adheres to HUB Service Guidelines
  • Demonstrates commitment to teamwork by supporting Account Executive/Account Manager (Producer) and Marketer with all aspects of servicing accounts
  • Responds to customer requests acting within license authority
  • Acts as primary customer service contact in the absence of Producer
  • Attends Critical Path meetings and completes any action items assigned within specified timeframe
  • Processes all documentation and transactions according to HUB workflows
  • Promptly reviews and manages account reconciliation working with Accounting, Producer and Client
  • Reviews and prioritizes all assigned tasks daily including mail, emails, abeyances, activities
  • Provides Accounts Receivable support to Producer for payment reminder letters as requested
  • Maintains accuracy of electronic files
  • Reviews and ensures accuracy of policy documentation from insurers
  • Continues professional development to enhance skills and technical knowledge
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Level 2 General Insurance License
  • 2-5 years of insurance experience
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills; collaborates well working as part of a team
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong business acumen and organizational skills
  • Intermediate MS Office knowledge, with focus on Excel and Word
