About the role
- Work closely with a team of Producers and Marketers on Commercial Accounts
- Delivers exceptional customer experience to internal and external customers
- Follows Hub Service Guidelines
- Acts as primary Customer Service Contact in the absence of Account Executive/Account Manager
- Responds to customer requests directly, submits information to insurance companies
- Prepares proposals, rate sheets, customer correspondence, certificates, and invoices as per agency standards
- Maintains accuracy of electronic files and policy documentation from insurers
Requirements
- Level 2 General Insurance License
- 2-3 years of experience in the Commercial Division
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
