About the role
- Conduct in-depth analyses of producers’ books to identify potential cross-sell leads
- Utilize data mining and analytics/AI methods to generate key insights into prospects
- Identify trends within the data and provide actionable insights
- Generate reports in Power BI, Excel, and other tools
- Build and maintain relationships with producers and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a major in Data Science, Statistics, Business, Finance, Economics, or Insurance preferred
- At least 5+ years of experience in the same or related role preferred
- Experience using Power BI and/or AI tool
- Ability to apply an investigative approach and facility with large data sets
- Ability to create standard and ad hoc reports
- Must be detail-oriented and possess strong listening skills
- Previous experience at a carrier or insurance broker preferred
- Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, multi-tasking, and organizational skills required
