About the role
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into the agency management system (e.g., Epic, AMS360, or similar).
- Maintain and update policy, client, and carrier information across multiple systems.
- Create, organize, and manage Excel spreadsheets used for tracking renewals, policy issuance, premium allocations, certificates, and claims activity.
- Assist in data audits and report generation to support operational initiatives and management reporting.
- Support team members by preparing summaries, schedules, and reports as requested.
- Assist with account reconciliations, document uploads, and other administrative duties related to policy management.
- Identify and communicate data inconsistencies, system errors, or opportunities for process improvement.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all company and regulatory data standards.
- Provide general administrative support to Operations, Account Management, and Leadership teams.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of administrative, data entry, or insurance operations experience (insurance industry experience preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, pivot tables, and data validation).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with insurance terminology and agency management systems (a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
