About the role
- Provide technical assistance and workflow support to the Commercial Service, Marketing and Production team
- Support production and account managers with proposals and policy summaries
- Enter data required by insurance company automation systems
- Handle correspondence and clerical processing of accounts including applications, attachment processes, pre-renewal data collections and agency management system input
- Process certificate of insurance requests
- Provide account managers, producers and marketing with loss reports from insurance carriers
- Maintain cancellation/reinstatement system for commercial accounts
- Responsible for invoicing of commercial policies
- Policy checking and endorsement processing of automobile and workers compensation insurance policies
- Implement a quality control review process for production of quality work and excellent customer service
Requirements
- Work experience within an office environment
- Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty license after hire
- Experience with automated systems and Microsoft Office products
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
