About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative support to management in day‑to‑day operations
- Organize and coordinate appointments, meetings, and internal processes
- General office administration, including document management and filing
- Scan, record, and maintain structured filing of receipts and documents
- Prepare and review incoming and outgoing invoices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial/vocational training in business administration or an equivalent qualification
- Initial experience in office administration, assistant roles, or administrative work is an advantage
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Discretion, strong organizational skills, and a sense of responsibility
- Friendly, professional demeanor and ability to work well in a team
