About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Active acquisition of new customers and development of long-term client relationships, supporting SMEs' digital transformation through various regional and federal IT funding programs
  • Advising and supporting our existing customers, including strategic account expansion
  • Negotiating and closing contracts
  • Market and competitor analysis to identify and enhance business opportunities
  • Close collaboration with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Participation in trade shows and industry events to represent our company

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of professional experience in selling IT solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel and a valid Class B driving license
  • Good German and English language skills
