Requirements

What you’ll need

Physician Assistant in orthopedic based practice.
Must possess strong clinical skills.
Graduate of CAAHEP accredited Physician Assistant Training Program.
Current New York State registration.
Infection Control Certificate must be current.
Must have taken child abuse recognition course.
Current NCCPA Certificate - 100 hours of continuing medical education must be logged every 2 years.
Recertification Examination must be taken every 6-10 years and passed successfully.
