About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain inventory levels of surgical supplies, implants, and instrumentation
Coordinate receipt, tracking, and documentation of implants and loaner trays
Ensure proper sterilization and processing of surgical instruments and equipment
Collaborate with OR teams, supply chain, and leadership to support daily operations
Serve as a resource and mentor to CSP staff
Monitor compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or equivalent
CRCST certification (IAHCSMM/HSPA)
3+ years of experience in sterile processing and OR inventory management
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years of experience in CSP and materials management preferred
Experience in orthopedic or ambulatory surgery settings preferred
Leadership or preceptor experience preferred
