About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain inventory levels of surgical supplies, implants, and instrumentation
- Coordinate receipt, tracking, and documentation of implants and loaner trays
- Ensure proper sterilization and processing of surgical instruments and equipment
- Collaborate with OR teams, supply chain, and leadership to support daily operations
- Serve as a resource and mentor to CSP staff
- Monitor compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CRCST certification (IAHCSMM/HSPA)
- 3+ years of experience in sterile processing and OR inventory management
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in CSP and materials management preferred
- Experience in orthopedic or ambulatory surgery settings preferred
- Leadership or preceptor experience preferred
