About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Promote a professional atmosphere through courteous communication
- Uphold stellar customer service practices for patients and families
- Act as a liaison to the physician and hospital departments
- Check-out patients following appointment

Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate’s Degree
- At least two years of related MD office/healthcare experience
- Familiarity with medical terminology and general office protocol
- Ability to type 45-60 words per minute
- Exceptional organizational strengths
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
