About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Answer phones and greet patients courteously, clearly, and efficiently

Requirements

- Strong computer skills
- Knowledge of healthcare industry including regulations and health insurance
- Experience with Epic preferred; Familiarity with medical terminology preferred
