About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Answer phones and greet patients courteously, clearly, and efficiently
- Schedule appointments and ancillary services accurately
- Coordinates referral processes with accuracy and urgency
- Manages check-out processes accurately
- Obtains authorizations and/or follows up with appropriate teams on the status through completion

Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- 2 years healthcare/medical secretary experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to follow through with tasks to completion
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
